With over 100 years of combined experience in benefits technology and strategy, the SwellSpace team understands the challenges faced by HR and benefits professionals. Throughout our careers, we saw a persistent gap in the industry: while benefits administration platforms play a significant role, benefits education and communication have remained outdated and ineffective. Employees often struggle to understand and use their benefits to their full potential, which impacts their health, financial security, and overall well-being. As former executives at Benefitfocus, our founding team played a role in shaping the benefits administration space, and through that experience, we recognized an opportunity to go further—beyond administration and into education and engagement.
